AI-Powered Web Service Development
This project, developed as part of our R&D efforts and now certified with the Technological Product Development Competency Certificate, is the product of our research and development process. The project leverages the power of machine learning to determine the optimal operating ranges for various devices based on real-time data. In our first application of the project, it focuses on analyzing sensor data to determine standard deviation and tolerance values via web API services for reverse vending machines (RVMs). This ensures the consistent and efficient operation of RVMs, minimizing downtime and maximizing collection rates. Additionally, in another application area, it is used to optimize standard deviation ranges for location-based sensor data in early system alert systems.
Smart Warehouse and Inventory Management
Our warehouse and inventory management system uses advanced data analytics to understand stock usage patterns, optimize storage processes, and consumption strategies. The system analyzes historical data to forecast future demand and provides recommendations for production and supply. QR code integration enables fast inventory counting and validation at both group and individual item levels. Additionally, the system prioritizes stock depletion based on shelf life to minimize waste and ensure efficient inventory turnover.
